WiFi Tracking
Last updated: July 01, 2026
WiFi Tracking allows monitoring customer presence in your branch via their mobile devices connected to the dedicated ASH-Booking WiFi network.
What is WiFi Tracking
It's a system that automatically records customer entry and exit events from your branch's WiFi network. Collected data helps:
- Understand peak traffic hours
- Analyze average time of stay
- Activate presence-based promotions
- Improve customer experience
Operator Configuration
Set Up WiFi Network
- Go to Branches → [Branch Name] → Settings
- Configure:
- SSID — the dedicated WiFi network name
- Password — to access the network
- Save
Tip: Create a separate WiFi network for customers, don't use the same administrative network.
Inform Customers
Display visibly:
- WiFi network name
- Access password
- QR Code for automatic connection (generated by app)
For Customers

When you connect to the branch's WiFi network:
- You'll be shown a consent form

What Gets Tracked
Once connected, the system records:

Note: Data is used for aggregate statistics and doesn't share private information without your explicit consent.

- Not always detecting quick exits (e.g., customers changing networks)
- Doesn't track movements outside the branch
