Points System

The Points System in ASH-Booking is a loyalty program that allows customers and operators to accumulate, purchase, and transfer points to access advanced features or receive rewards.
What is the Points System
Every registered user has a personal wallet where points are accumulated through:
- Welcome bonus — points assigned on first registration
- Purchased packages — buying point quantities via In-App Purchase
- Referrals — inviting new users (see chapter 15)
- Promotional bonuses — special supervisor campaigns
- Gifts — points received as transfers from other users
For Administrators and Operators
View Balance
To see a user's point balance:
- Go to Points System → Points Wallets
- Search the user by name, email, or ID
- You'll see:
- Current balance — available points
- Total earned — total historical amount
- Recent transactions — list of movements
Manage Point Packages
Packages are the quantities of points users can purchase:
- Go to Points System → Points Packages
- Click Add Package
- Fill in:
- Package name
- Points quantity provided
- Price in currency
- Currency (EUR, USD, etc.)
- Store Product ID — Apple/Google identifier for In-App Purchase
- Sort order — display order in the app
- Save
Tip: Create at least 3-4 packages with increasing prices to give users choices. Example: 100 points at €5, 500 points at €20, 1000 points at €35.
View Transactions
To monitor all point movements:
- Go to Points System → Points Transactions
- Filter by:
- Type — purchase, bonus, referral, gift, consumption
- Date range
- Specific user
Each transaction shows:
- Date and time of the movement
- Amount — points earned (+) or spent (-)
- Balance after — balance after the operation
- Description — reason for the transaction
- Owner — user involved
Balance Adjustment
In case of errors or special needs, the supervisor can manually modify the balance:
- Open the user's wallet
- Click Balance Adjustment
- Enter a value:
- Positive to add points
- Negative to subtract
- Add a required reason note
Warning: Every adjustment is logged. Use it only when necessary: a mismanaged balance can confuse users.
Feature Pricing
The supervisor can configure some advanced features as point-payable:
- Go to Points System → Feature Pricing
- Configure:
- Feature to monetize
- Point cost per use
- Active/Deactivated
When a user activates the feature, the cost is automatically deducted from the balance.
For Customers
Purchase Points
In the mobile app:
- Go to Points section
- Click Purchase points
- Choose from available packages
- Complete payment via In-App Purchase (Apple/Google)
- Points will be added immediately to your balance
Gift Points
You can transfer points to other users:
- Go to another user's profile
- Click Gift points
- Enter the quantity to transfer
- Confirm
Note: You cannot gift more points than you have in your balance. The transaction is immediate and irreversible.
Check History
To see all your wallet movements:
- Go to Points → Transaction History
- You'll see:
- Operation type (purchase, gift, bonus, consumption)
- Points moved
- Current balance after each operation
- Date and time

Frequently Asked Questions
Do points expire?
No, points do not expire and remain in the wallet as long as the account is active.
Can I sell points?
No, points cannot be converted into money. They can only be used within the platform.
What happens if I close my account?
Points are lost. Before closing your account, we recommend using or transferring remaining points.
