Referral System

Last updated: July 01, 2026

The Referral system allows every user to invite others to the platform and earn points as a reward when the invitee completes registration.

How It Works

  1. Every user receives a unique referral code upon registration
  2. They share the code with friends, colleagues, or on social media
  3. The new user registers using the code
  4. Both users receive reward points
  5. The system tracks every use to prevent abuse

Your Referral Code

To find your personal code:

  1. Go to Referral section in the mobile app
  2. You'll see:
    • Alphanumeric code — e.g., ABC123XYZ
    • QR Code — scan from phone for direct registration
    • Invitation link — URL to share

Tip: The QR Code is particularly effective at the point of sale — print it and display it at the counter to encourage customers to register.

Point Rewards

When a new user registers using your code:

  • The inviter (referrer) receives points
  • The invitee receives points

The amounts are configured by the platform supervisor. Points are automatically deposited to both users' wallets upon successful registration.

For Administrators and Operators

Monitor Invitations

To view your company's referral statistics:

  1. Go to Points System → Referral Codes
  2. For each code you'll find:
    • Owner — user who owns the code
    • Total uses — how many times it was used
    • Points generated — total rewards assigned
    • Creation date — when it was generated

Check Uses

  1. Go to Points System → Referral Usages
  2. Each row represents an accepted invitation and shows:
    • Used code — referral code
    • Referrer — who earned points
    • Invitee — who registered
    • Referrer points — reward for the inviter
    • Invitee points — reward for the invitee

Rules and Limits

The system has several protections to prevent abuse:

  • Same user, same code — A user cannot invite themselves using their own code
  • Code reuse — The same code can be used by multiple users, but only once per user
  • Code validity — Codes are permanent until the user is disabled

Note: If the supervisor disables a user's account, their referral code is no longer valid.

Best Practices

  • Promote the code at touchpoints — business cards, email signatures, social media
  • Use the QR Code at your location — easy to scan with any smartphone
  • Incentivize word-of-mouth — communicate to customers how many points they can earn by inviting friends
  • Monitor performance — check statistics to understand how effective word-of-mouth is
