The Digital Catalog allows you to create online digital menus and service price lists, accessible to customers via a unique web link.

What is a Digital Catalog

A digital catalog is an online showcase of your services or products. Each catalog has:

• A unique public link (webkey)
• Customizable design (colors, fonts, style)
• Organized sections and items
• Configurable prices
• Tags and allergens (for restaurants)

Creating a Catalog

1. Go to Catalogs in the menu
2. Click Create New Catalog
3. Follow the 5-step Creation Wizard:

Step 1: Basic Information

• Catalog name
• Description
• Branch assignment
• Status (draft, published)

Step 2: Style and Design

• Theme — light or dark
• Custom colors
• Font selection
• Logo image

Step 3: Sections

Create catalog sections (e.g., "Appetizers", "Main Courses"):

1. Click Add Section
2. Enter name and description
3. Drag to reorder

Step 4: Items

Add items to each section:

1. Select a section
2. Click Add Item
3. Fill in name, description, price, image, tags
4. Save

Step 5: Settings

• Currency
• Allergens display
• Publication date

Publishing and Sharing

1. Set status to Published
2. Copy the webkey link from the catalog list
3. Share via WhatsApp, email, website, or QR Code

Tip: The QR Code is perfect for restaurant tables — customers scan and view the menu on their phone.
