Statistics and Reports

ASH-Booking provides dashboards and reports to monitor your business performance.

Main Dashboard

Upon login you'll see the dashboard with key data:

Bookings Chart

  • Monthly — booking trends for the month
  • Weekly — current week trends
  • Annual — overall year trends

Key Numbers

  • Today's bookings — how many bookings today
  • Pending — bookings to confirm
  • Confirmed — active bookings
  • No-Show — customers who didn't show

Booking Sources

Chart showing where bookings come from:

  • Mobile app
  • WhatsApp
  • Telegram
  • Web (digital catalog)
  • Phone (Quick Booking)

Booking Statistics

  1. Go to Statistics → Bookings
  2. Select the date range
  3. Choose the branch
  4. You'll see:
    • Total bookings in the period
    • Confirmation rate
    • No-Show rate
    • Most requested services
    • Peak hours

Customer Statistics

  1. Go to Statistics → Customers
  2. You'll see:
    • Total customers
    • New customers acquired in the period
    • Regular customers
    • VIP customers
    • Blocked customers

Booking Origin Statistics

To understand which channels bookings come from:

Origins Chart

In the dashboard you see a chart with:

  • Mobile App — bookings made from the app
  • Web Form — bookings from the public form
  • WhatsApp — bookings via WhatsApp
  • Telegram — bookings via Telegram
  • Quick Booking — quick bookings from the app
  • Phone — manually entered by operators

Filter by Origin

In the booking list:

  1. Open the filter
  2. Select Origin
  3. Choose a specific channel
  4. You'll see only bookings from that channel

Compare Origins

To understand which channels are most effective:

  1. Go to Statistics → Booking Origins
  2. View:
    • Number of bookings per channel
    • Percentage of total
    • Trend over time
    • Conversion rate per channel

Tip: Use these statistics to decide where to invest in marketing. If WhatsApp converts more than the web form, focus on WhatsApp.

Google Places Statistics

For companies using "Near Me" search:

  1. Go to Google Places Usage Logs
  2. View:
    • Total API calls made
    • Live vs Cache calls — data optimization
    • Overall cost of calls
    • Average response time (milliseconds)
    • Average number of results per search

Note: To monitor this data, the section is only visible to supervisors.

Tip: Check statistics regularly to understand your business performance and make informed decisions.
