For Supervisors
Managing Plans
Plans define standard subscription configurations:
- Go to Plans in the menu
- Each plan has:
- Name (e.g., "Basic", "Pro", "Enterprise")
- Price in currency
- Duration (monthly, yearly, etc.)
- Details — list of included features
Managing Plan Limits
For each plan you can configure operational limits:
- Go to Plans Limits
- Choose the plan to modify
- Set:
- Maximum number of branches
- Maximum number of bookings per month
- Maximum number of operators
- Other configurable limits
When a company reaches a limit, the system blocks it until the next period or upgrade.
Activate Additional Features
Additional features are optional services that can be activated/deactivated for each plan:
- Go to App Functionalities
- Configure:
- Feature name
- Price type — annual fee / one-time
- Price
- Active/Deactivated
Common features: WhatsApp, Telegram, Digital Catalog, Online Menu, AI, etc.
Managing Company Contracts
A Contract is the actual subscription of a company:
- Go to Contracts
- For each contract you'll find:
- Associated company
- Selected plan
- Status — Active / Expiring / Expired / Cancelled
- Start and end dates
- Active features
- Applied limits
Modify Contract Status
To update a contract status:
- Open the company's contract
- Click Edit
- Change status:
- Active — operational company
- Expiring — remember to contact the company
- Expired — plan not renewed
- Cancelled — contract terminated
- Save
Tip: Set reminders for "expiring" contracts. Timely contact reduces churn.
Status Notifications
When a contract status changes, the company receives an automatic notification email with the new status and consequences.
Payment Methods
Company administrators can purchase the plan via:
Credit Cards (Stripe)
Immediate payment with credit card. Automatic activation.
Bank Transfer
- The company receives banking details in the form
- Can send proof of payment via email
- Activation requires manual supervisor verification

Best Practices for Supervisors

- Create differentiated plans to attract different segments
- Monitor upgrades from basic to higher plans
- Contact inactive users with resumption offers
- Analyze expired contracts to understand why they ended
