Company and Branch Management

My Company

To view and edit your company details:

  1. Go to My Company in the menu
  2. Here you can see and edit:
    • Company name
    • Business description
    • Logo and profile image
    • Contact details (phone, email, website)
    • Legal address

Managing Branches

Branches are the operational locations where services are delivered.

Creating a New Branch

  1. Go to Branches in the menu
  2. Click Add Branch
  3. Fill in the form:
    • Name — branch name
    • Full address
    • Phone number
    • Email for the branch
    • Coordinates (map position)
  4. Click Save

Opening Hours

Each branch has its own opening hours:

  1. Go to Hours in the branch section
  2. Configure hours for each day of the week:
    • Day — Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat, Sun
    • Opening — opening time
    • Closing — closing time
    • Shifts — if you have multiple time slots per day

Note: A day without configured hours will be considered a "closed day".

Schedule Exceptions

For special days (holidays, extraordinary closures):

  1. Go to Schedule Exceptions
  2. Click Add Exception
  3. Choose the type:
    • Closure — branch will be closed on that day
    • Special hours — different hours than usual
  4. Select the date or date range
  5. Enter a description (e.g., "Christmas", "Summer vacation")
  6. Save

Services

Services are what customers can book.

Creating a Service

  1. Go to Services in the menu
  2. Click Add Service
  3. Fill in:
    • Service name
    • Description
    • Category
    • Duration — how long the service takes
    • Price — service cost
    • Branches — which branches offer it
  4. Save

Predefined Time Models

To speed up new branch configuration, you can use predefined time models based on business type.

How They Work

The supervisor has already configured standard models for:

  • Restaurants — lunch/dinner shifts
  • Hairdressers — 30 or 60 minute slots
  • Beauticians — treatment slots
  • Wellness centers — specific service hours
  • Gyms — class and access hours

Apply a Model to a New Branch

When creating a new branch:

  1. Go to Branches → Add
  2. Select Business Type
  3. The system will suggest a predefined time model
  4. Click Apply model to use it
  5. You can modify details later

Tip: Always use the default model as a starting point. It's faster than configuring from scratch.

Modify a Model

For supervisors:

  1. Go to Time Models
  2. Open the model to modify
  3. Set shifts, slots, capacity
  4. Save

Model changes don't affect already configured branches.

User-Branch Assignment

To manage which operators can access which branches:

For Company Administrators

  1. Go to Users and open an operator
  2. Go to the Site Assignment or User Site Assignments tab
  3. Select the branches where the operator can work
  4. Save

For Supervisors

In addition to the above, supervisors have the dedicated CRUD:

  1. Go to User Site Assignment
  2. View all assignments across all companies
  3. Create, modify, or delete assignments

The Guided Selection

The interface shows a dependent selector:

  1. First you select the Company
  2. Then only that company's branches are shown
  3. Select one or more branches
  4. Save

Note: When an operator is assigned to a branch, they automatically receive an activation email with login credentials.

Check Assignments

To see who can access a branch:

  1. Go to the branch page
  2. View the assigned users
  3. Filter by role (admin, manager, operator)
