Branch Website Menu

Branch Website Menu is a public web page accessible via link where you can present menus, price lists, offers, or any content for your branch to customers.

What is the Website Menu

It's a digital showcase you can:

  • Configure as admin for each branch
  • Make accessible to the public via URL
  • Track statistics (views, most clicked items)
  • Update in real time without republishing

Important Note: The Menu feature must be active in your company contract. If you don't see this section in the panel, check with the supervisor.

Menu Configuration

  1. Go to Online Menus → Website Menus
  2. Click New Menu for each branch
  3. Basic configuration:
    • Name of the menu
    • Branch/site it belongs to
    • Web Key — unique key for the public URL
    • Status — Active / Not active

Organizing Content

Each menu can have items (entries) representing sections or content to display:

  1. Go to Online Menus → Menu Items
  2. Add items to each menu:
    • Item title
    • Content description
    • Destination URL (optional)
    • Image (optional)
    • Display order

Tip: Order items from most to least important. First ones will appear at the top of the menu.

Public URL

Each menu has a unique public URL:

https://yoursite.com/menu/[webkey]

Customers can access via:

  • Link in booking form
  • QR Code printed at the location
  • Websites and social media
  • Confirmation/sending emails

Menu Statistics

To monitor menu usage:

  1. Go to Online Menus → Menu Statistics
  2. You'll see:
    • Total views — how many times the menu was opened
    • Views per period — time trends
    • Most clicked items — what interests customers most
    • Traffic source — where visitors come from

Detailed Statistics

Every time a user accesses the menu, the system records:

  • IP and geolocation
  • User agent (browser)
  • Access date and time

This data is useful for:

  • Evaluating peak interest periods
  • Understanding which offers work best
  • Analyzing visitor geographic distribution

Use Cases

Restaurant

Menu divided into: Appetizers, First Courses, Second Courses, Desserts, Drinks, with photos and prices.

Beautician

Service price list with prices and illustrative images for each treatment.

Shop

Product catalog with descriptions, photos, availability.

Hotel

Room offers, available services, breakfast times.

Updating Content

You can modify menus and items at any time:

  1. Open the menu or item to modify
  2. Make changes
  3. Save
  4. Public menu updates immediately

Note: No need to resend the link. The URL stays the same, content changes instantly.

Menu QR Code

For quick access:

  1. Go to the menu
  2. Click Send QR Code to administrators
  3. You'll receive the QR Code via email
  4. Print it and display it at your location
