Booking Management

Booking management is the core of ASH-Booking. Here you can monitor and control all bookings for your company or branch.

Viewing Bookings

  1. Go to Bookings in the sidebar
  2. You'll see all bookings with:
    • Date and time of the appointment
    • Customer name
    • Service requested
    • Booking status
    • Assigned operator

Booking Statuses

| Status | Meaning | |---|---| | Pending | Booking received, awaiting confirmation | | Confirmed | Booking accepted and confirmed | | Rejected | Booking not accepted | | Cancelled | Booking cancelled (by operator or customer) | | No-Show | Customer did not show up | | Completed | Service has been delivered | | In Progress | Customer is currently at the branch |

Filtering Bookings

  1. Use filters at the top of the list:

    • Date range — select a specific period
    • Status — filter by booking status
    • Service — filter by service type
    • Branch — if you manage multiple branches
  2. Use the search bar to search by customer name or booking number

Confirming a Booking

  1. Find the booking in "Pending" status
  2. Click Confirm
  3. The booking will change to "Confirmed"
  4. The customer will receive a confirmation notification (if configured)

Rejecting a Booking

  1. Find the booking in "Pending" status
  2. Click Reject
  3. (Optional) Enter a reason for rejection
  4. Confirm the operation

Quick Booking

To quickly create a new booking:

  1. Click Quick Booking or + Quick Booking
  2. Fill in the required fields:
    • Customer — search or create a new customer
    • Branch — select the branch
    • Service — choose the service
    • Date and time — when to perform the service
  3. Click Save

Tip: Quick Booking is useful for phone bookings or when the customer is already at the branch.
