Booking Management

Booking management is the core of ASH-Booking. Here you can monitor and control all bookings for your company or branch.
Viewing Bookings
- Go to Bookings in the sidebar
- You'll see all bookings with:
- Date and time of the appointment
- Customer name
- Service requested
- Booking status
- Assigned operator
Booking Statuses
| Status | Meaning | |---|---| | Pending | Booking received, awaiting confirmation | | Confirmed | Booking accepted and confirmed | | Rejected | Booking not accepted | | Cancelled | Booking cancelled (by operator or customer) | | No-Show | Customer did not show up | | Completed | Service has been delivered | | In Progress | Customer is currently at the branch |
Filtering Bookings

Use filters at the top of the list:
- Date range — select a specific period
- Status — filter by booking status
- Service — filter by service type
- Branch — if you manage multiple branches

Use the search bar to search by customer name or booking number
Confirming a Booking
- Find the booking in "Pending" status
- Click Confirm
- The booking will change to "Confirmed"
- The customer will receive a confirmation notification (if configured)
Rejecting a Booking
- Find the booking in "Pending" status
- Click Reject
- (Optional) Enter a reason for rejection
- Confirm the operation
Quick Booking
To quickly create a new booking:
- Click Quick Booking or + Quick Booking
- Fill in the required fields:
- Customer — search or create a new customer
- Branch — select the branch
- Service — choose the service
- Date and time — when to perform the service
- Click Save
Tip: Quick Booking is useful for phone bookings or when the customer is already at the branch.
