Messaging (WhatsApp and Telegram)

Last updated: July 01, 2026

ASH-Booking integrates WhatsApp and Telegram to allow customers to book via text and voice messages.

How It Works

Customers can:

  • Write a message to book (e.g., "I'd like to book for tomorrow at 3 PM")
  • Send a voice message β€” the system transcribes it automatically
  • Receive confirmations and updates on their booking

The system uses AI to:

  • Understand the message text
  • Extract booking data (date, time, service, branch)
  • Transcribe voice messages
  • Create the booking automatically

Viewing Conversations

  1. Go to Conversations in the menu
  2. You'll see all active conversations with:
    • Customer name
    • Last message
    • Date and time
    • Status

Bookings from Messaging

When a customer books via messaging:

  1. The message is received by the system
  2. AI analyzes the text and extracts data
  3. A draft booking is created
  4. The booking appears in the system like any other
  5. You can confirm, modify, or reject it normally

Note: Bookings from messaging have a special indicator showing the origin (WhatsApp or Telegram).
