Branch Promotions

The Promotions system allows you to configure special offers for each branch and send them to targeted customers via invitations.

What is a Promotion

A promotion is a special offer with:

  • Title and description
  • Usage type (e.g., WiFi request, special service)
  • Validity period (if configured)
  • Associated to a specific branch

Creating a Promotion

  1. Go to Promotions in the menu
  2. Click Add Promotion
  3. Fill in:
    • Promotion name
    • Detailed description
    • Reference branch
    • Usage type — what the customer requests (e.g., "WiFi")
  4. Save

Inviting Customers to Promotions

After creating a promotion, you can invite specific customers:

  1. Open the promotion
  2. Click Manage Invitations or Invite Customers
  3. Select target customers from the list:
    • Branch customers
    • VIP customers
    • Existing customers (registered)
  4. The system generates invitation batches with unique codes
  5. Customers receive the invitation via notification email

Invitation Status

Each invitation has a tracked status:

| Status | Meaning | |---|---| | Sent | Customer received the email | | Viewed | Customer opened the email | | Accepted | Customer registered and used the code | | Expired | Invitation not used within time limit |

Customer Acceptance Flow

  1. Customer receives email with invitation
  2. Clicks the link in the email
  3. Registers on the app (if not already done)
  4. Enters the activation code
  5. Is automatically linked to the branch
  6. Can benefit from the offer

Invitation Statistics

To monitor promotion success:

  1. Go to the promotion
  2. Check:
    • Total invitations sent
    • Acceptance percentage
    • Average time between send and acceptance
    • New customers acquired via invitation

Use Cases

New Branch Opening

Targeted invitations to area residents to bring in new customers.

Seasonal Promotion

Summer/winter offer to reactivate dormant customers.

VIP Customer

Special promotion for anniversaries or milestones.

Partnerships

Dedicated offers for partner companies or associations.

Best Practices

  • Customize the message — avoid generic copy text
  • Set an expiration — creates urgency and increases conversion
  • Segment customers — send different promotions to different segments
  • Monitor results — analyze what works best

Adding Promotions to Web Forms

If your branch has an active web form:

  1. Configure available promotions
  2. They will be shown as options in the form
