Email and Marketing Campaigns

ASH-Booking allows you to communicate with customers via personalized emails and marketing campaigns.

Email Templates

Templates are predefined models for automatic communications:

  1. Go to Email Templates in the menu
  2. You'll see all available templates organized by type:
    • Booking confirmation
    • Appointment reminder
    • Booking cancellation
    • Feedback request
    • Holiday greetings

Editing a Template

  1. Click on a template
  2. Edit the text and content
  3. Use tokens to personalize:
    • [customer_name] — recipient's name
    • [booking_date] — appointment date
    • [service] — service name
    • [company_logo] — your company logo
  4. Save changes

Email Campaigns

Creating a Campaign

  1. Go to Campaigns in the menu
  2. Click New Campaign
  3. Fill in:
    • Campaign name
    • Email subject
    • Message content
  4. Select recipients:
    • All branch customers
    • Specific customers
    • VIP customers
    • Customers who booked in a certain period
  5. Choose when to send:
    • Now — immediate send
    • Scheduled — choose date and time
  6. Save and send

Note: Customers can unsubscribe by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of every email.

Multilingual Campaigns

To send emails in multiple languages, ASH-Booking supports multilingual campaigns.

How They Work

  1. When creating a campaign, activate the Multilingual Campaign option
  2. You'll see separate tabs for each supported language
  3. Enter subject and content for each language
  4. The system will automatically use the recipient's preferred language

Language Fallback

If the recipient's language is not available in the campaign:

  • The system uses the main campaign language as fallback
  • So the message still arrives

When to Use Multilingual Campaigns

  • Company with international customers
  • Branches in multiple countries
  • Official communications in multiple languages

Push Notification Templates

In addition to emails, ASH-Booking also sends push notifications through the mobile app.

Configure Push Templates

  1. Go to Notifications → Notification Templates
  2. Modify an existing template or create a new one
  3. Each template has:
    • Icon (from Media Manager)
    • Message title
    • Message content
    • Translations in multiple languages
  4. Save

What are Push Notifications

Push notifications are messages that appear on the customer's or operator's smartphone, even when the app is closed. They are useful for:

  • Immediate confirmations — booking accepted/rejected
  • Reminders — appointment tomorrow
  • Marketing campaigns — special promotions
  • Operational notifications — important changes

Enable Notifications

The customer must have:

  • The app installed
  • Push notifications enabled in phone settings
  • Consent received

Customize Templates

Templates can contain dynamic tokens that are substituted at send time:

  • [customer_name] — recipient's name
  • [booking_id] — booking ID
  • [date] — event date
  • [branch] — branch name

Tip: Use clear and brief tones in push notifications. Emails are better for detailed messages.
