Customer Management

ASH-Booking automatically tracks all customers who make bookings.

Customer List

  1. Go to Customers in the menu
  2. You'll see all customers with:
    • Full name
    • Email and phone
    • Number of bookings made
    • Last booking date
    • Status (active, VIP, blocked)

Customer Profile

Click on a customer to see all details:

Personal Information

  • Personal data
  • Contacts (email, phone)
  • Operator notes

Booking History

  • All past and future bookings
  • Status of each booking
  • Services requested
  • Amounts paid

Statistics

  • Total bookings
  • First booking date
  • Last booking date
  • No-Show count

VIP Customers

You can mark a customer as VIP:

  1. Open the customer profile
  2. Enable the VIP option

Blocking a Customer

If a customer needs to be blocked:

  1. Open the customer profile
  2. Disable Can book option
  3. The customer will no longer be able to make bookings

Customer Tags

Tags are labels that allow you to classify customers based on specific criteria.

Create a Tag

  1. Go to Tags in the menu
  2. Click Add Tag
  3. Fill in:
    • Name β€” e.g., "VIP", "Loyal Customer", "Premium Interest"
    • Icon (optional)
    • Translations β€” in multiple languages if needed
  4. Save

Assign Tags to Customers

In the customer profile:

  1. Go to the Tags section
  2. Select one or more tags from the list
  3. The customer will be automatically classified

Tip: Use tags to segment customers and send targeted marketing campaigns.

Filter Customers by Tag

In the customer list:

  1. Open the filter
  2. Select the tag to filter
  3. You'll see only customers with that tag
  4. You can combine it with other filters (date, branch, etc.)

Tag Use Cases

Marketing Segmentation

  • Tags: "Interested in summer promotions", "Last purchase 2024"
  • Send personalized campaigns to each segment

Price Management

  • Tags: "Student", "Partner company", "Municipality"
  • Apply different prices based on segment

Customer Attention

  • Tags: "First visit", "VIP Customer", "Needs special assistance"
  • Distinguish customers for personalized treatment

Operator Preferences

  • Tags: "Prefers Operator A", "Prefers Morning"
  • Handle individual preferences

Delete a Tag

  1. Go to Tags
  2. Click Delete next to the tag
  3. Confirm

Note: Deleting a tag removes it from all customers who had it assigned.
